I agree that this is the very cheap price hotel around. But this hotel has achieved 8.7/10 review scores and I thought it would be a reasonable hotel for an overnight night stay (I was in Surat for shopping). I can’t even explain how was my stay experience!! The bed and pillows were marked with sweat or other dirt, toilet was horribly smelling and no flush available. Pipes were leaking and all the surfaces was either broken or permanently changed it’s colour, no toilet rolls provided, the hotel is running in the third floor within a given up building complex and near a junkyard place. No convinces were available in the surrounding, like restaurants and shops. The passage to the hotel was smelly and received by very unprofessional staff. In brief I’ve killed my one night in Surat.

Hotel location was different, it was on 3rd floor, staff did not answer calls properly, had to search a lot to locate the hotel, they should properly inform that on which side the lift is located to reach hotel on erd floor. Outside it is a mess, area is not clean, no food, no proper service in hotel. When i had received a proper message that my check in is at 13.00pm and check out is 14.00pm, but the staff did not listen to me and argued with me that check out time is 12.00pm. so I had to check out at 11.30am to avoid additional charges. I had trusted booking.com, but it did not work .

The hotel was at a great location and it was clean. The rooms were good, but tidy.

Rooms are clean and hygienic, staff is polite, food quality is also good. Locality is very good. Very good for families.
